- BBBrendan Kashuba (BK)Mar 6, 20261.0I was a customer for 20+ years and had all good experiences until now. Apparently Emily changed my address for no reason and without authorization. The result... we didn't receive any renewals from Erie Insurance. (You would think Erie would call, text, or email as it is 2026) Erie only sent renewals by snail-mail. The bill never got paid. Our registrations all were suspended, and nobody knew until the collection agency called. Emily was busy on a cruise and could not help me figure it out nor had any recollection of when or why she changed it. A woman from Erie tried to help for hours but underwriting did not want to. Guess who gets to pay the fines.... now we have Geico, I canceled my homeowners policy also and refuse to let Nock Insurance ever make another dollar off of me. We all screw up sometimes.... how about owning it and making it right?? 🤔
