- JMJoel MartinezFeb 15, 20235.0Get Ken to be your insurance insider agent. He gave the best rates from my usual "good" agents. They were good until you have an accident. Ken provided the quotes and explained each line item. More importantly, he told me what are unnecessary and gotchas to look for. All equated to more coverage than I ever had, cheaper rates than what I have been paying, and great customer service. He even provides his direct phone number to work out issues. In my case, wen my son got into an accident. All in all, he treats you like family against the insurance vultures. All of his staff does too.

Him and his team would get back to you in 24hr or less. If he can't beat the competition he will let you know, honesty is the best policy in my book. Can't go wrong with that!
