Ken provided the quotes and explained each line item. More importantly, he told me what are unnecessary and gotchas to look for. All equated to more coverage than I ever had, cheaper rates than what I have been paying, and great customer service. He even provides his direct phone number to work out issues. In my case, wen my son got into an accident. All in all, he treats you like family against the insurance vultures. All of his staff does too.
