- GMGreg McDonaldNov 27, 20241.0I've had Daniel DiCicco as an agent for decades and Allstate on two of my properties. I filed my first claim after over 20 years of paying premiums (which total over $100k since I started) after a massive hail storm damaged my roof. At least 7 neighbors had their claims accepted but mine wasn't. They offered my to pay for something less than my deductible. What a scam to make them feel good. I can't get Daniel to respond to my emails or calls. They seem very excited to take your money but have no interest in helping you when you have a claim. I'm switching to another insurance company as fast as I can for both of my properties. They are a total joke. Stay away!!
