    Good morning I hope your day finds you all well but I have a negative experience with All State and Co. with My roof that has had several storm damages over the years and I never claimed any damage for storm damages over the years , I had an adjuster to come and quoted my home roof , I had Gutter damage and missing gutter helmet . I also had roof tiles in my driveway and no idea that I was in trouble , the adjuster he did everything could not to take care of the customer , and lied to me , he told me that I will be getting a return call for the repairs. Nothing happened. I was given a check for $500 to patch my roof , I pay almost $500 per month to Allstate and it looks like I’m going to have to repair the roof or replace the roof myself I am looking to cancel my house policy I do understand looking out for your company, but you should also look out for the customer👎🏻🙀 we will give a review Note there are other photos worse than this that were shared with Allstate.     Allstate has proven to be a very company. For the policy that I had prior to having Allstate, I was paying almost twice as much as I now do at Allstate. The customer service had also far exceeded the other company.
