She was so friendly, patient and very knowledgeable about what I needed. Amber was able to switch me over and she made sure before she hung up, that I had everything I needed and understood everything. I am hoping to stay with State Farm for over 35 years!! I have told my children about Amber and they will give her a call after the holiday

Addressed a discount that wasn’t applied to my billing statement last period, and I was told multiple times it would need a few days to update and it never did. Followed up today with Kerri and I was verbally told it was applied, but of course i had to check my payment history and it was not. I brought this up a MONTH ago. They also kept a card on file that I did not agree to keep on file. Glad I decided to leave this insurance .
