  I have called them several times to help me with a claim and no one gets back to me. I was told each time that I would hear back but that did not happen. Very unprofessional. For the cost of homeowners insurance, I find it appalling that they do not care about my claim or to help me at all. I am very dissatisfied with this agent. I can't even get the main Allstate office to respond to me. No support at all for over 2 months!!!

  Terrible customer service and they have the worst communication ever! I cancelled a policy in August, and Monsura L didn’t cancel my policy. Which led to me still dealing with them as of today, they sent a balance to collections, yet never told me I had one. So of course I had to pay it, so that I can finally get this lingering process over with. She asked me would I consider coming back. I absolutely will NOT, I have never in my life had this many issues canceling an insurance policy.

  terrible customer service. when you go to cancel (and you will, it is very overpriced) you need to triplecheck your policy is canceled and be prepared to contest collections.
