- SDStephanie DavisNov 24, 20251.0Terrible customer service and they have the worst communication ever! I cancelled a policy in August, and Monsura L didn’t cancel my policy. Which led to me still dealing with them as of today, they sent a balance to collections, yet never told me I had one. So of course I had to pay it, so that I can finally get this lingering process over with. She asked me would I consider coming back. I absolutely will NOT, I have never in my life had this many issues canceling an insurance policy.
