- JAJennifer AtueyiDec 23, 20251.0Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with Allstate for the second time. I was involved in a motor vehicle collision in October 2025. I was having a challenging time getting things situated with Allstate, so I decided to contact Ms. Benson. However, she did not return any of my calls or text messages. I eventually had to go with another insurance company due to the treatment surrounding the accident. I would just recommend that you go with another company and ensure that everything is set up to your liking and not what’s suitable to your agent; especially your rental car coverage!!
