  Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with Allstate for the second time. I was involved in a motor vehicle collision in October 2025. I was having a challenging time getting things situated with Allstate, so I decided to contact Ms. Benson. However, she did not return any of my calls or text messages. I eventually had to go with another insurance company due to the treatment surrounding the accident. I would just recommend that you go with another company and ensure that everything is set up to your liking and not what’s suitable to your agent; especially your rental car coverage!!

  Good evening Ms. Sharonda, I wrote a review on google that following Monday but I dont actually see it so im not sure what's going on. I want to personally let you know how grateful I am for the conversation we had &the wisdom you have. Even though I wasn't able to lower anything, you were able to let me know the things I need to take care of that I had know idea about &provide me w/ new knowledge. I truly appreciate you & glad I was directed to you. You are an amazing women &insurance agent🙂

  I moved from a different state and Sharonda was amazing - professional and authentically pleasant . She explained the policies to me simply and concisely. She found ways to combine discounts and my paperwork and documents were completed in a short amount of time. I would highly recommend her as an insurance agent.
