- TWTerri Wilson5 days ago5.0I had the absolute pleasure speaking with Kelly. I had been having a rough day trying to purchase car insurance while grieving my son. My son passed away 3 years ago and today is his birthday. While Kelly was extremely helpful and informative, she was also very compassionate. As Kelly was gathering my information, I received another call from another insurance agency that wanted to provide a quote for me. I quickly advised them that I already found the best agent; Kelly! I appreciate Kelly's quick wit and humor. She made my day a much better one. To whomever is reading this....ask for Kelly, you won't regret and....and might save a few dollars. :)
- TATa'Shay ArringtonJul 28, 20251.0On July 21, 2025, I contacted your office to request copies of my renter’s insurance policy. I spoke with Malana Loos, Executive Account Manager. While the conversation began helpfully, it quickly shifted in tone after I expressed concern about my policy rates increasing despite no changes on my end. When I mentioned that I intended to shop around for more affordable coverage, Ms. Loos responded sarcastically, stating: “Well, Ta’Shay, what other agent do you know that will take their time and send off multiple declaration pages?” As a paying customer, I found this comment to be both rude and unprofessional. I viewed my request as a standard part of her job duties—not a favor. Her response gave the impression that my concerns were unwelcome and inconvenient, which was disappointing and unacceptable from someone in a customer-facing role. Additionally, I requested a callback from management one week ago to discuss this matter, but I have yet to receive any follow-up. The lack of response further adds to my frustration and concern regarding the level of service being provided.

Not to mention the safe driving rebates they have and the opportunity to save money other ways. They are very responsive to emails and questions and have always helped me with any problems I’ve had in a timely manner. I’m glad Allstate called me when they did or else I may have gone with a different insurance and not know what I’m missing
