  Jocelyn was so patient and also thorough in explaining every part of my auto coverage. She took the time to find the best policy for my needs and even helped bring my rates down. I have to say that I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. She responds to my emails quickly and handles even the small details I might have overlooked. She truly makes the process easy and of course, stress‑free. She is very knowledgeable and great when communicating those concepts to customers.

  It’s been a delight having Oscar and Jocelyn as my insurance representatives. I feel incredibly comfortable reaching out to them whenever I have any questions. Prior to switching to this Allstate provider, I never particularly enjoyed interacting with insurance agents. However, they’ve taken exceptional care of me and I genuinely appreciate their outstanding customer service. I utilize their services for both homeowners and car insurance, and Oscar in particular has been an exceptional asset in finding me excellent coverage at reasonable rates. Unlike other insurance companies, I feel well-cared for and not taken advantage of at this location. Furthermore, Oscar was able to secure coverage for my friend who had accidentally allowed her insurance to lapse. (She had forgotten to renew it.)
