    After searching for cheaper auto insurance I found State Farm… what a breath of fresh air . I lowered my auto premium by $60 a month and moved my homeowners also !! Karen Michaels office has a gem named Tammy who helped me so much !!! I would recommend this office to any one !

    i had to go through the unfortunate event of getting my car stolen early january of this year. as much of a headache as that was to deal with statefarm did make it easier. once i got my new vehicle, sam, laurena and mimi, all were extremely helpful and fastidious when it came to answering my questions and being road legal to get my new car home safely! thank you for your shared concern and care, it is wildly appreciated! :) and if you guys read this, yes im still bringing those cookies, because now i have a car!

    State Farm has provided me with great service up until recently. November 11 2025 I purchased a vehicle for my business and called State Farm from the tag anf title service location to add the vehicle before leaving the title office. The young lady I spoke with took all the required information and we ended the call. I assumed everything was taken care of, the next week or week and a half, I call State Farm back because I didn't see the Nissan on the app with my other car. I was informed that the vehicle was covered and may take a while to show and link the business vehicle with your personal vehicle, it was strange to me but I said ok. Another week or two go by, my husband purchased a car, so he calls State Farm to add his car and whomever he spoke to on the phone says "We have your car added it's the 2017 Nissan Altima right" he replies no that's my wife's car, I want to add a different vehicle. Throughout the entire time I'm still uneasy because I did not receive insurance cards and the car still is not showing online. I call State Farm again, this time I'm highly irritated because I receive a notice from MVA that I need to provide proof of insurance, as I'm on the call, I'm finally told the car was not covered by insurance there were just so the notes on the account regarding adding it. The nice gentleman explained everything and as much as I wanted to bomb him out, I couldn't because it was not his fault, he was simply there to clean up someone's else's mess. During our phone call he assured me that the insurance was in full effect, he had me pay a premium fee, sent me an email confirmation of everything including the notice he sent to MVA. 2 weeks later I get another notice from MVA stating my registration is suspended. I'm highly annoyed, irritated, and point blank pissed🤬. So I call State Farm again, research has to be done again and Sam AKA Samantha will call me back🙄. Received the return call and they are unable to back date that far unless she sends a request to the underwriting dept who will research, takes 20-30 days, I should have to pay the back date premium of 206.00, keep in mind there's no garuntee they'll approve it. I told Sam ok that's fine send the request but then thought again it made no logical sense to pay 206 to State Farm when I can just pay MVA 200. On top of that wait 20-30 days on the underwriting dept to do resesrch and they could still come back and deny the request. State Farm really put Mr through the ringer with this one. I am currently looking for another insurance company. For all 3 of my vehicles and my house. I plan to move all my accounts. This has been the worst experience ever. I'm leaving a 2 star becsuse of the young gentlrman who attempted to resolve my issue and actually told me the truth about my business vehicle. Everyone else who was incompetently involved can GO TO HELL.
