But I had an exceptional experience with a quote from James Turpin, an insurance agent with the Lank Johnson State Farm agency. James was very professional--my situation is a little unusual but he knew everything that was needed. I had a couple of calls with him, the final one where he gave me my quote. Most agents would leave it at that, but James always expressed interest beyond the business of insurance. He was interested in my life, in what I hope for and the things that are important to me personally. I was left with a strong impression that this was someone I'd turn to as a friend, someone I'll go back to for all my insurance needs in the future. Thanks, James!

I was a new client, switching from a different agent in the Gaithersburg area. The communication was direct, no long waiting times, or even multi choice call center. I call and I get my question answered in seconds/minutes.
