- YJYoshi JeanOct 31, 20241.0My husband got auto insurance through Emmanuel Halloway. He many times confirmed that the insurance will be full coverage because he is financing it ( common sense ). He didn’t care that the car was financing or not, after paying him, my husband checked and noticed Emmanuel got him on a PIP ( liability only ) coverage . We tried to talk to him and he hung up on our faces and now won’t pick up any phone calls or messages . This guy is a liar and a crook. STAY AWAY. Very unprofessional and disrespectful , hanging up on our faces while talking
- VNVan NguyenOct 24, 20231.0NEVER RECOMMENDED THIS OFFICE OR THIS AGENT TO ANYONE I went to his office for just a quote and never promised that I would buy his insurance. We spent over an hour there and he attempted to lure us into buying his insurance. I did not like the way he did business. Therefore, my fiance and I decided to left the office and chose a different agent. Few days later, he called us and I told him I already chose a different agent and thank you for his time. This man was so rude and started accusing me that I did not treat him right and I was not kind to him? In my head, I was like what the hell ? what did I do? Told him I had the right to choose whoever I feel comfortable with and we did not make any promise with him This agent hung up on me.
