Your customer service is dismissive, your billing system is a mess, and I’m constantly being hit with hidden fees and unexplained charges. I signed up for peace of mind, not monthly surprises. You raised my premium and kept my deductible at $1,000 not because of my driving record, but because of claims made by others. I was better off with Progressive, and I regret the switch. This isn’t insurance it’s a scam dressed up in fine print.
