  Great experience with Michael. He was very patient and professional. I felt I could ask as many questions as was needed. I don’t like to feel that someone is selling me something. Michael made feel comfortable. I like walking away feeling educated on the subjects discussed. Therefore, I wasn’t sold anything, but made a purchase based on what was needed and the great info about them he provided.

  I’ve only had two insurance agents for the last 40 years. I started with Lyle Fishter and have been with Michael Terry since. Lyle was ahead of his time 40 years ago with his service and knowledge of insurance and he’d be extremely proud of Michael Terry and where he’s taken Fishter Insurance. You will never find another agent who knows more and can do more for his customers than Michael Terry. Michael has has helped me with every vehicle and every home owners insurance I’ve owned, way above and beyond any/all insurance companies, that have existed or will exist in the future, both in customer service and insurance knowledge for every type of coverage someone could ever want or need. But what makes Michael Terry ahead of his time in this day and age is that he has taken that wealth of knowledge and caring human characteristics and packaged it all together so anyone who deals with him/Fishter Insurance will benefit “ten-fold” and that will never change being a customer with him. If Allstate Insurance are the “Good Hands” people…. Micheal Terry is the Allstate Insurance Good Hands person. The absolute best at what he does. Thank you Michael for the many years of help and service and more to come.

  Today I had my first interaction with Allstate, and thank you Vaughn Lewis for your patience, respect and professionalism during our communication regarding my auto and renters insurance. Vaughn Lewis was able to find me insurance coverage at affordable prices. Besides, his manner of presentation was customer friendly, and his knowledge was vast. Due to the positive impressions Vaughn Lewis created in me, I have now become an Allstate customer and recommend the insurance company to potential customers.

  Allstate has one of the best insurance agents on their hands with Michael Terry. He’s been with my family for over 20+ years and my parents always raved about him but I got the opportunity to experience it for myself when I aged out and got my own car/renters insurance. I always get a response within 30-1hr of me inquiring about something, I know I’m getting the best deals and discounts. After we finish a conversation I know I’m in good hands and I’ve received the best care experience. I’ve heard horror stories from my friends about what they go through with their insurance companies and agents and I always say “Michael Terry would never! You need to call my guy and switch to All State” Everyone in Lanham should be insured under All State if you want the best care for you and your family!
