I advised my rep at the time Kareem and asked fior reimbursement due to my electricity bill escalated over $400. The agent sent me $107.21. Oh, and let not forget he wasn't accepting my calls , and forward them to voicemail. I had my niece to call and he answered. Make it make sense!!
