  I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this company. Due to their own inaccurate billing practices, both myself and another client were incorrectly billed. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they sent a collection account to my credit report, making me accountable for charges that were never valid in the first place. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and has unfairly impacted my credit. Despite their errors, they have failed to provide a satisfactory resolution or even acknowledge their role in the issue. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company, as their handling of billing and customer concerns is seriously lacking. I am expecting immediate action to rectify this situation, but based on my experience thus far, I am not optimistic.

  You cannot find a better insurance agent than Karen Chamberlain! And that is what you need and want when you need to use your insurance…someone who cares.You can always find insurance companies; however, you cannot find agents who care for you like you are family….that’s the kind of service Karen gives to all her clients
