  Good customer service, excellent and affordable deals compared to other dealerships I visited prior but then buying a car you not familiar with must at least come with some minor tutoring on how some of the functions work, that I did not get but my overall experience was good.

  No stars for Fitzway Insurance Agent Maureen Bardizbanian!!! Horrible service and most unhelpful. After using Allstate thru this Agency since 2013, they arbitrarily added my married daughter (who moved away to Canada in 2018) to my auto policy without my knowledge or approval in early January 2022. At the time, I was very ill with Covid-19 and was in no condition to act on the only notification sent by email. I feel cheated and let down by Ms. Bardizbanian for not reaching out by phone to confirm whether my daughter needed to be added to my policy. I have unnecessarily paid premiums for an 8 month period for no reason and Allstate will not refund this amount. Absolutely outrageous!!!!

  Communication is not good every time you call nobody answered the phone when you need assistance with you account today is 9:55 a.m. I already make 11 calls to this office and nobody pick up the phone

  While the premium is still fair, the approach to the customer is like scam, after my six months auto insurance with this company my premium went up with no reason and not even informing! I realized just 2 days before I decided to pay for the next 6 months! When I called my agent JOSE, he cheated me, phone after phone calls, he never called me back to explain why! I am considering to find another company.
