She has always shown great care to be sure I have the coverage I need for my circumstances. There's been a few claims over those years, Venice has first shown compassion for me and my family when claims have occurred, and then made sure I received the proper settlements promptly and courteously. She is absolutely wonderful. You truly are in great hands with Venice!
- GGgmarlowe8Jan 15, 20211.0Nothing but problems. I changed to Allstate because they had a low rate and the milewise program seemed like a good idea since I don't drive much. I had to repeatedly call them because each agent/representative I spoke with told me different details. They charged me for two cars even though I only had one (traded in). The milewise program was supposed to show the charge for each trip in my car but never did so I have no idea how much I was actually paying. Also, they lied about the milewise daily rate. Eventually I got fed up and changed insurance but after a week of repeatedly emailing/calling them they still haven't canceled my policy and are STILL charging me and sending me policy renewal documents. This is the absolute worst insurance office I have ever dealt with. I consider myself fortunate that I didn't have to file a claim with for my home as who knows what nightmare that would have been.
