Worse experience ever! I called to get help with an issue in my policy. Spent 1 hour talking to him yesterday to find out he can’t help me and the only thing I understood was Okay.

I got an OK quote which made me switch my homeowner's policy to this outfit some 4 years ago. Within two months I received another bill representing some 20 % increase on my policy. The increase has been constant at 10 to 20% every year. An Allstate agent shared with me that it was a policy of this company to keep rate increases close to inflation (2 to 3 % per year). I have never seen such deal. I was hoping to move my car insurance policy to this company. But given the greedy arbitrary rate increases, I guess it's time for me to find another company!

How can you call a business 12 times, no answer but call from a different number and they pick up? LOL. This agency is a joke. Will place you on hold for 15 minutes until you cant hold any longer and when you call back no one answers. The girl Emily who answers the phone is good for nothing. She knows nothing and can't assist you with anything. Go with any other agent. Allstate is great, Sanjay Thomas is not. Trust me. Dont waste your time.

My experience with this office has been nothing but a hassle since I applied with Allstate. My insurance went from $133.00 at the beginning of signing with them a year ago to $208.00 living in the same area and with no clear reason. I was always bounced from rep to rep and given different responses each time and an error was made on their end and I was only partially credited even though I never skipped a payment or made a payment short. They automatically tried to blame me for their mistake with an invalid excuse. I would suggest choosing another agent
