She always greets me with a smile, although (I can’t see her face) I can hear that smile in her voice. She can relate to my circumstances and is the perfect person for her job. I have never had to make a claim but my girlfriend has and she was taken care of by friendly associates who went above and beyond for her. What more could I ask for? Keep up the good work.

I needed answers to questions that the MVA wasn't able to explain clearly. Connie told me what I needed to do as an owner of vehicles in two states. She was patient, professional and and confident in what she explained . She then directed me to Cindy who was so pleasant to work with. She prepared a quote, I accepted and she had documents that I was able to esign online the same day. She followed up with my broker in NY. I was able to get this done from the convenience of my home. I highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for insuraance needs.
