Bill Ball served as my insurance agent for at least 15 years. He also provided insurance for my brother and still provides insurance for my mother (which has been the case for at least 30+ years). Recently when trying to have a conversation with him, my mother and I via telephone he was indignant, rude, unprofessional and hung up the telephone. Who does this to their clients?? Who does this to clients that they have made a commission off of for several years?
My mother says his daughter, who works in his office, apologized and is very courteous. Glad she is there to look out for his senior/elderly clients. But, I still would never recommend his services to anyone!
