  I won’t refer people to this insurance company if my life depended on it. They don’t return your phone calls, answer your emails. They only accept payments as they hike your amounts but when you’re struggling on hard times they immediately cut communication and force an insurance lapse. Now I’m forced to pay more money to the MVA because my bank didn’t withdraw the automatic payment amount due to an ERROR. Thanks for the communication DEVANE! Never will use Allstate ever again and I’ll be reviewing you everywhere.

  Jackie Devane is a superstar! I live in Australia but needed to find coverage for two investment properties as the previous provider had zero interest in customer retention and was nearly impossible to make contact.
