  This is the worst and most unprofessional insurance office I’ve ever dealt with in my life, they give Allstate a very bad name, I’ll stop right there.

  Too many mistakes made, not updated on our accounts even after talking by phone about changes, like retirement and age group. Also, they never combined our auto and home insurance for a discounted rate. So we’ve been over charged a lot with no reimbursement or apologies. This month we haven’t received our bill which is due in 5 days. Our account was also taken over from Joyce Covington, agent. She was awesome! Most people in Zoren’s office seem to be bothered by your presence and problems. I don’t believe he has ever even said hello when I’ve been there. Good thing you weren’t a waiter by choice! We all keep you in business. A little appreciation would be nice.

  We have been with Allstate for more than twenty years, so that tells you more than anything I can say. Speedy response to claims, great customer service and what I appreciate most; I’m have disabilities and whatever the problem I’ve had from claims for house or for vehicles everything was taken care of promptly by phone. So Thank you GIn to Todd and all of his staff. Check them out you’ll be glad you did.

  Todd inherited my account from another Allstate agent, and I have had incredible experiences. They literally saved me tens of thousands of dollars through their advocacy. No amount of short term savings from a cut rate provider is worth the peace of mind my Allstate agent provides.
