  I have been a loyal customer for over ten years for insurance on my pick up .I asked Brian for a quote for my two other cars and my home. I have them covered with state farm. Brian was unable to come up with a price that would be better then state farm. I let the truck insurance expire and covered my truck with state farm two days before my premium was due. I was unable to contact Brian and inform him ,so he left two messages. I am care taker for my elderly parents and have been going to call him when I had a chance. I called him and explained that state farm had beat his quote by 500 dollars. I suggested i could call him next year when the insurance was up for renewal and he could try and beat state farm. Brian had a response of I would have appreciated a call to inform him..in a rude manner. I said I would have appreciated a better deal . Moral of the story..people at this business are not interested in accommodating the client with the bottom line and insist that you work for them as a secretary and make a call that is important to them...no matter what you are going through with your family.

  I have been with Carrolton Insurance Agency for many years. Mr. Robert McMahon walked me patiently through my options about my car insurance about 30 years ago. Their service and support was always exceptional, especially when I was involved in the car accident in the past. I have all my cars , my home and my life insurances managed by this family team for all these years without any problem. Kevin and Bryan are very friendly and quick to help. Professional and reliable company. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs professional and trustworthy long-term business relationship about their insurances.

  If you want nice friendly service go here! They will work with you and give you the best rates out there. Also their customer service is top notch and always there when you need them. I have been with them since 1988 when I purchased my first car and my parents have been with them since 1973. I am very happy with them and always recommend Carrollton Insurance Agency, Inc. to all of my family and friends.
