- YRYvon ResplandyJan 29, 20262.0emphasize is on getting the client, not on client services. Communications are difficult and often incomplete. Staff is barely polite. the only reason I am still with Allstate is that the insurance market is very confusing and obtaining new quotes in time consuming and not a trustworthy process.
