  Jessica is GREAT! She listens and gave unselfish advised on best choice to makes. Each time I have called in to the office she Promptly responded to my request to make changes. I'm very happy with this Agency. I highly recommend it.

  I recently received a dubious email that I assumed was from my local Allstate agency. After being informed by Allstate corporate that my local office sent this email I contacted this location and needless to say was irate. Jessica and Susan did their due diligence and located the actual sender and informed me they were not the recipients. I appreciated the office for working to resolve the issue ( although, it was partly in my error). They still handled the situation professionally. Although I am no longer a customer, they definitely should be recognized for their ethical standards.

  I would give this agency zero stars if I would. Employe Jessica is such a horrible and miserable person. I don’t understand how somebody so unprofessional works in a insurance agency. She very disrespectful and if she frustrated she should NOT BE TAKING OUT ON OTHER PEOPLE! Go eat chips somewhere else cause clearly you love to eat behind a desk.
