  Overall they are OK. But, if you have a monthly payment, you won’t get a bill. Though if you are late they will send you a bill with the extra fee. Personally, I think it’s a nasty thing to do, give you no notification of a payment needed, then fine you if you are late. To be honest, I’m surprised that is even legal. If a company needs a payment from you, you should get a bill.
