I had direct email correspondence with my agent asking her to call me back so I could cancel, and then asked if we could schedule a time to speak since the office was so unreachable, with no luck. I called the office every day for about a week until I was able to get in touch with someone to cancel my auto insurance. When I finally got in touch with someone (not my agent but someone else in the office), I was able to cancel my insurance... or so I thought! Come to find out 26 days later, it was never cancelled! I got a bill for $1,650 for missed payments AND a premium raise for an insurance I thought I had successfully cancelled nearly a month prior. Not great customer service.
