And for State Farm-Matt Gardner, I am talking about BRENDA PURDUE. The most reliable, polite, and efficient person in this team. Although I would say otherwise that were staff that doesn’t all the time comply with the standard of customer courtesy, Brenda would always be there to resolve issue of any nature. I will not go into specifics but at the end of the day, Brenda was there to save it. I’ve been with State Farm for my insurance needs for more than a decade now. There were companies offering better rates & services, and I always say no. I guess the reason being is I know Brenda can deliver better! Thank you Brenda❤️
