  We recently added another car to our insurance policy and the new rates for the year were outrageous. That's when we knew it was time to look around for a new insurance agent and company. We contacted Chris at Gerety in Bel Air. He was knowledgeable, personable, thorough, and efficient. Chris also saved us a TON of money.   I recently worked with Chris on finding auto and homeowners insurance. He was incredibly personable, knowledgeable and found me a bundled package that saved me money! I have never had such a great and easy experience finding good reasonably priced insurance - which I find a daunting task. Thanks Chris!

  I have been with Gerety insurance for 25 years, back when I was just 20 years old. I originally worked with Cindy, then Lucy. They were both there guiding me through all the changes life brings, rentals, marriage, children, a home, and even a serious car accident. When Lucy retired things definitely shifted within the office in the care I started to receive. As everything has increased in price over the last 4 years, so did our homeowners and car insurance. Our policies were up for renewal and my husband and I were floored when we saw the new auto premium. It was then that we realized that we may have to shop around. This was the very first time that even became a thought for us in all the years that I have been with Gerety insurance. I have spoken to a few people in the office over the last few years for various reasons and not one of them gave me the time or care that I received from Cindy or Lucy. So, at this point I figured maybe it was time to move on. However I decided to call once more and spoke with a totally new person. When I called I was able to speak to Keyla Perez, and let me tell you, she was amazing, very attentive, knowledgeable, understanding, and compassionate! She spent a few days going over both our policies and called me this past Tuesday with information on ways we can save, explaining what was important on our policies versus what could go. We were able to save a good amount each month while not sacrificing coverage, and the best part, we didn't have to leave! The care and time she gave me was what has kept me with Gerty Insurance and Nationwide all these years. Thanks again, Keyla, for all your help! You will always be my go to for questions and information moving forward. I hope others read this and also make you their point of contact.
