I ended up talking to Jared about the policy and not only did I get a better rate for the homeowners, I learned a lot about what my existing policy and the shortfalls in it. He went through my entire house from all the upgrades to the house to make sure I was covered to the estimated replacement cost should be. He informed me that not all company cover full replacement cost. I later went through my auto with him and end up switching both policies. He was great to deal with and very informative.
