  My experience with this agency was disappointing, particularly regarding communication and policy management. After vacating the property, I was unexpectedly kept on the insurance policy for an additional three months. Despite sending multiple emails to both the general contact and Theresa directly, I received no response. When I called to request a simple address change, I was told to call back due to her being busy. Subsequent calls went unanswered. However, when I requested to cancel the policy, she suddenly had time to assess my new home for coverage, despite my repeated requests to cancel outright. I was told cancellation documents would be sent, but they never arrived. After numerous follow-ups, I finally spoke with another representative who promised to process the cancellation. Three months later, I received confirmation, only after insisting once again. While the financial impact was minimal, the lack of transparency and responsiveness was frustrating. I hope others have a smoother experience. God bless you all

  This agency is the worst. They are incompetent and will lie to cover their mistakes! Poor customer service as well very rude and disrespectful. Avoid them at all cost. I suggest that they be shut down!

  Very unhappy with services. I wouldn't recommend to family or friends. I agree 100% with you Donisha. Staff is very nice but Ms. Scott doesn't do a good job with reaching back out to policy holders and keeping them informed. I was so fed up I just ended up taking my business elsewhere. Just don't put yourself through the hassle it's not worth it.

  You would be making a big mistake in dealing with this office. Though her staff is very pleasant, Ms. Scott is the worst insurance agent you could have. She doesn't return phone calls and "mysteriously" finds accidents and insurance claims in your records so she can raise your rates. When prove that what she is staying is wrong she is never available to discuss nor does she correct her mistake. Know what accidents you've been in cause she will try and tell you something different. Sounds like fraud to me but who am I? Will be canceling this insurance.
