  Service was fine. Premium was way too high 73 years old retired only drive for pleasure was paying How about 240 some dollars monthly too much for my budget

  Not many positive things to say. I was assigned to Nicole’s office after my former agent retired. Allstate screwed up my insurance when I bought a new car. This occurred on a weekend so I had to contact allstate directly. I contacted Nicole’s office by phone, email, and text during the week to correct the issue without a response. I ended up getting fined by the MVA because of an error that Allstate made and Nicole still did not respond. Ended up cancelling my homeowners, umbrella, and auto insurance with them the next week, and saving a lot of money by using a different insurance agent. Nicole’s office failed to do some of the most basic tasks an insurance agent should do. Avoid Allstate, but especially this office.
