  I’ve been with Matthew Valcich and Allstate for many years insuring my business. Anytime I have ever had a question with any of my business vehicles Matthew has returned with a solution within hours if not sooner. Even throughout a busy day Matthew has at least touched base with me only to get back later with additional information allowing for a pleasant experience. During the January 9, 2024 Winter Storm to hit the east coast my business location was flooded which caused some water damage to the wood flooring base to my service truck. After logging this experience with photos, time line, Matthew was quick to offer instructions on how to get things moving for repairs too include follow ups making sure I was taken care of. Actions from a person as Matthew displayed reflected he was more than just an agent, he had become something more resembling family. Within 3 weeks of submitting a claim for this storm damage, I was made whole only to proceed with repairs. In what seemingly is a rushed world we live in today it’s comforting to know someone actually does his or her job like a true professional.
