- DMD Moore3 days ago5.0I have been with this particular office for over 40 years. I’ve been with Mr. Nieves since he took this position. I can say, without hesitation that he honestly has the best interests of his customers at heart. I trust him so much that I rarely review my renewals unless I need something extra. My other family members also use his services and are delighted. He has saved me money by pointing out different things and by making suggestions. And no, it’s not because I’m a long time customer. That’s because he knows how to keep his customers. He is a wonderful person, trustworthy and kind.

I tried reasoning with her but it was her way or the highway. I did have a young man when I first transferred my account from my aunt to myself because it was willed to me in her estate. He did everything he could to assist me. I did not have all of the documents that were needed to complete the transfer and he gave me some time to locate them and called me back. It was a great experience and he was very kind. I hope that she can learn a few things from him.
