I stopped at Walmart for a moment and realized that the car would not go into gear. I called State Farm and (Megan) answered the phone. She had exceptional customer service. Megan helped me with the policy number, assisted me with getting a tow truck. She also called back several times to check and insure that I was safe and OK. That is customer service and I am thankful and grateful to Megan and State Farm for always showing a caring attitude.
