No response from phone call no response from anywhere, and I am trying to contact Allstate customer services, they just says we need some time to do something and done. so I chose Costco insurance, they have a very professional style. That’s why I want. something more: What's even more ridiculous is that Allstate's agent told me that he used to call me? I wondered if my email and text message didn't mean me, or if my response didn't deserve any "can we have a call" reply, and it was ridiculous and unprofessional to call me directly. What's even more unprofessional is that I used to communicate a lot with the AllState agent in text messages when we were preparing to apply for insurance, and every time I changed the address, I would be asked if I could talk on the phone.
