  My renewal quote through them for 1 driver on 1 car that drives 4000 miles a year was $361.90 per month for standard, nothing fancy car insurance. I have no accidents or tickets on my record since 2015. My car payment is 300 dollars a month. Should be criminal to charge this much. I instead went to progressive direct online and received 125 dollars a month as a price for essentially the same insurance. Avoid this ripoff at all costs.

  Vi and Carlita have been very responsive and informative and have helped me through 3 auto policies and a renter's now. They are great and I highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking for insurance. Update: and now a home insurance policy also, still great!

  I first contacted this office from Allstate about a year prior and spoke to Carlita she was very helpful... well I have to say awesome. I had a Geico and only had 6 month policy and they required I believe a year of continuous coverage. So I waited another 12 months and my Geico policy went up to $2000 a year for no reason. I called and Carlita answered unbelievable but she remembered me by name and with the same positive energy, I think only she only has. She found me a policy that fit and saved me $1000 dollars A year. I am impressed they are great. I have been a customer for about 7 months now and I am very impressed. If I call with a question Carlita is right there or calls back immediately. Cant say enough for Allstate and Carlita.
