  The Hanley Office in Quincy is amazing. The customer service is impeccable. Every question was answered, and if I didn't understand, they would reexplain everything in layman's terms. Erick went above and beyond to help me with my Jeep registration and transfer to my daughter. If you want to get expert help with tremendous customer service, you need to do business with this company. "You're in Good Hands with Allstate," this saying couldn't be truer.

  Quick easy and honest. I told them what I wanted to pay and they worked with me, they didn’t even ask what I HAD been paying with my previous insurer which is what you want because it shows integrity. I’m saving a lot I’ll just put it that way.

  I had a great experience. I had an opportunity to have a knowledgeable agent. he works me through the process with no pressure to which I really appreciate. I had a better with Allstate, with better coverage at a lower annual premium. I will recommend Hanley Agency for home and Auto Coverage.
