  This experience was by far the most productive, educational, professional, Understanding and friendliest I have had with Allstate. There was no rushing to get this phone call completed. She took the Time to make sure I understood what I was asking and what I was getting from the Multiple policies. My uncertainties were made clear for me to understand. She knew answers easily, and if she didn’t, she found them right away to make sure I understood everything completely. She explained to me the different options I had and the prices that went along with it. My goal was to obtain the best policy with the best prices. We were able to find the best case scenario for me with the multiple policies I had with Allstate. I would highly recommend That employees in CUSTOMER SERVICE And any other agent to learn from her to continue to retain clients. I was ready to switch to Liberty Mutual because of their lower costs. But after this experience, I was given the best case scenario for my situation. I was apologetic because of my never-ending questions and concerns. She was able to quell all my questions and concerns and immediately sent over the new policies for me to sign and put into effect and I am very grateful.

  Mike was great to work with. He reached out to me at the right time and helped me find an amazing rate on my insurance, saving me a lot of money. He was very helpful throughout the whole process and took the time to answer all my questions clearly. I never felt rushed or pressured, and he made everything easy to understand. I’d definitely recommend Mike to anyone looking for better insurance and great service.

  My wife tried online twice to remove a vehicle from our account because we no longer own it. And then she called and got somebody at the central number. No dice. I also tried the central number but I quickly realized they couldn't solve it. I had them transfer me to our local office where I talked to Karen. She had helped me with the purchase of our new vehicle. She quickly had the whole thing resolved in just a few minutes. She was great. Should have called her first!

  I have been VERY impressed with the Marnette Bromberg Agency and in particular. TASHA, our agent. We had a very complicated situation and Tasha stayed late one night to ensure that we would have an active policy immediately. When additional issues arose, Tasha was able to address it and resolve it. She also followed up via email to ensure we had no further concerns or questions. Tasha went above and beyond so that our experience purchasing an auto and renter’s policy was excellent. It’s not just a marketing tagline, we really do feel as though we are in good hands!!
