  Karen was great! I had called allstate back in october because I got divorced , and I wanted to get my ex husband's cars off of the insurance policy. that I was paying for. I had found out at that time he had insured his vehicles back in july 2025 with another company..But it was not. Originally , I was told today that they could only give me a credit for the last thirty days. But karen was able to rectify the situation where I was able to get the credit back to when he left allstate and got his own insurance back in July 2025 which is much more fair. She was very personable and hard working and got back to me right away. Thank you , karen , because if you I am not leaving allstate!

  I recently switched to Allstate and Patricia made the whole process so easy from start to finish . She explained to me exactly when each payment would come out so I would have no surprises how much my monthly would be . She was so friendly and enthusiastic !! Thank you !!!
