I was with a big insurance agency out of Northampton for many many years, but the service response for basic interactions became very poor, while the price only skyrocketed. EJ O Neil got back to me right away and found competitive policies that saved me a significant amount. They got me set up with Traveler's insurance for both home and auto and not only is the price easier on the wallet, I really appreciate the ease of the Traveler web applications - it's really intuitive and easy to understand, see my bills, change payment methods, etc. Even though Chicopee is not as convenient for my location if I need to do something in person (that's super rare anyways) it's totally worth it. Good customer service is becoming so rare these days, but this agency has it down. Definitely recommend.
