  I used a professional body shop that I had used before. They repaired my vehicle properly according to state requirements. Allstate did not live up to their legal requirements and I and the body shop are very disappointed but not surprised as this has been a common issue with Allstate underpaying for repairs. Not only is this illegal but unfair in the state of Massachusetts as well. I will be joining in the class action lawsuit against them.

  I have Allstate Insurance for both my house and car. Whenever I have a question I call or make an appointment and go see their staff. They are all educated and can answer any question related to insurance. I feel safe and secure whenever I call their staff.

  Service and response is unbeatable. This agency remembers what customer service is when society as a whole has forgotten, its not the product but the people that make this Agency the best above all others. Once the policies have been issued, things won't change, return phone calls won't be forgotten and issues, if any, won't go until they have ALL been resolved. Thank you Cara, Celeste and the members of your agency for being there, always.

  Cara Benjamin Allstate Insurance is a pleasure to do business with. Everyone in the the office are very friendly and helpful and all are full of knowledge. They know their jobs well... Allstate Insurance is very trustworthy and have always done my family good.
