- WHWandna HortonOct 28, 20251.0I got Mr. Peterson as an agent in 2024. I decided to go back to my original agent, I had been with for over 25 years. In retaliation, Mr. Peterson decided to rewrite my policy without my permission or knowledge. Left me in a financial bind.
- GGGerardJun 28, 20235.0Very friendly staff with Donna, Bridget (BB) and Brittney. I decided to switch because my previous homeowners insurance company were raising my premium rates. I also spoke to the agent James Peterson who was very helpful on the selection of my new policies. After shopping several local agencies, I found that Allstate was very competitive with their insurance rates. BB helped me narrow down the best coverage for both my new Homeowners and auto policies. I have more coverage now for less than what I was previously paying before. I will also transfer my current flood coverage to Allstate. So, if you are looking for a friendly and knowledgeable staff with great rates, so be sure to go by and visit there office. Gerard C.
