- HHHunterMar 26, 20265.0I normally don’t leave reviews but the service I received from Mandy Johnson at All State in Youngsville was exceptional. It’s so rare these days to get good service, much less exceptional service. I know Mandy was busy but she made me feel like I was her only client. She answered all of the questions I had right away no matter if it was by text, email, or phone call. She explained everything so clearly and made something that was complicated very simple. The quotes came in quickly and when I asked for a change on something, it was promptly adjusted and re-quoted. The signing of the paperwork was refreshingly easy. Mandy would text me right before she would email me a document and let me know exactly what to click or do. After I was all setup, I had a few questions about the All State app, so I texted her a screenshot with my questions. She responded right away, explained everything and let me know exactly what to do. Exceptional customer service! And big savings on my insurance.
