- AMAnalee MFeb 29, 20242.0We had transferred our hazard insurance over to Ross Jr over a year ago. Over that time I reached out to Ross about making some changes to our insurance and was told that we should leave it alone, that we don't want to rock the boat...So we did just that. I reached out about 3 times after that for quotes and Ross couldn't have any care about finding us a quote or ask us about deductibles and whatnot that we would like. We found another broker who was able to find a insurance company that was a good amount cheaper than we currently had. During the switch over process, Ross was difficult to work with and unprofessional.

Be assured they are working, even on the weekend, to help their customers get a new policy. I know this because I received a call from Ross over the weekend.
