  Rhonda has been my agent for all my insurance needs for more than 20 years. Can't say I've never shopped prices with other companies, but Allstate has always worked with us on keeping our premiums affordable and our coverages sufficient for our needs. Rhonda and her ladies are knowledgeable of their products, quick to help, give support in stressful times and make suggestions. When we did have to make a claim, her office was informed and helped us understand how the process went. Agents of some companies we've had sold the insurance and didn't stay involved, but Rhonda and her ladies are always there for us.
