Please Read***Allstate Claim: 000799509681, we reached out to our claim adjuster, Monday September 29 2025. We left a message for Hakeem to call us back. We asked that he call us at one of the three numbers listed on his voice mail. He called and left a message on our home number, he knows that we work, this is the reason we gave him three numbers and asked that he call us on the cell number. Our roof isn't repaired yet and more damages because of the damages or progressing. We tried calling the number back and had no success in doing so. We have not heard from Hakeem Anafi. The is what you call Retaliation to a customer, we made a compliant on Hakeem Anafi and a few months ago and this is an example of retaliation to a customer. We pay our insurance in full for the year, and this is what Allstate call customer service. Most jobs will dismiss an manager or leader on retaliation violations. Hakeem is telling his superiors or boss a different story to get them to by in with what's going on. We hope that no other customer has to ever experience this type of customer service, we will be making chances because of Hakeem Anafi, he is bad for Allstate.

Please beware ***we were referred to this location 9478 Mansfield Rd. Allstate Insurance by a friend and now we see that it was one of the worst decisions we have ever made. We have storm damage done to our home this spring and summer. The inspector came out to inspect my home. The adjuster who reviewed my claim name is Hakeen. The inspector marked and founded damage to the roof. Hakeen (the adjuster) rejected approval of damage to the roof and payment amount to get the roof repaired. He was the hardest person to contact. He would leave a message, once you try calling him back, you can never get him. He would ask us to call at 9am, from there he would put his voice mail on saying" I'm on the other line leave a message". He would return your call after hours and once you call him back his voice mail would say" if you have reached this message, after hours, your call would be return on the next business day, It took almost a week to speak to our adjustor concerning our roof and / or property damage. He never returns calls; he doesn't care anything for the customer. He is rude on the phone with a I don't care attitude. He personally is dry and unkind. I was very surprised that the type of person with an attitude like this works for Allstate. When you hear the name Hakeen, run. My wife and I will be leaving Allstate along with some other friends that we referred to Allstate. This location won't be there when you need them or have a disaster, Hakeen made it clear, he's not here to talk to the customers of Allstate or help them in no way. I see and understand now why their ratings are low in customer's service 3.3.

The worst customer service I have ever experience. After insuring my 3 story home for over 20 years I was told they no longer insure Mobile Homes. I find it very sad they did not even know what they were insuring.
