  My mom & dad have been with Allstate for many years. Got a call from Kenny that Allstate made some changes to what they can write, and that he thought he could save them some money on their auto policy. After he re-wrote their policy with the recent Allstate changes, he raised their level of coverage and still lowered their premium by more than $1,000 every 6 months. Getting a call to come in to lower your payments? That is A+ service!

  I wouldn’t recommend Allstate to my worst enemy. My mother has been with them for well over 25 years with auto and home owners insurance. Our only claim has ever been for Hurricane Katrina. Last year when Tropical Storm Zeta hit it caused roof damage after filling a claim they said it wasn’t as bad as it appears. But we have water leaking into the house they claim no roof damage. Now Hurricane Ida comes along and caused more damage upon going on the roof myself I see where the wind must have blown something onto the roof causing a huge indentation right where it leaks into the house. The wall dividing the kitchen and living room has bubbled up and for them to say we CAN’T get any money when we pay faithfully with no problems is and major insult. I wish I could have given them no stars. DO NOT GO WITH ALLSTATE. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DON’T HELP AT ALL OUR AGENT DON’T EVEN ANSWER OR CALL BACK. The company should go out of business.
