After he re-wrote their policy with the recent Allstate changes, he raised their level of coverage and still lowered their premium by more than $1,000 every 6 months. Getting a call to come in to lower your payments? That is A+ service!
- TRThomas ReaganOct 23, 20215.0My experience? Excellent! A few years ago we discovered a puddle of warm water on our living room floor. A pipe under the house started leaking. Called Allstate! Immediately Serv-Pro showed up to clean and dry the house, made an assessment, and within a month we had new flooring. We called the plumper and they rerouted the hot water line and blew out the old line. Minimal out of pocket expenses. In August 2026 we got flooded and Allstate was great to deal with. P.S. If you have flood insurance (and you should no matter where you live) do not deal with the Small Business Administration. They give bad information that will cost you hundreds of dollars and they won't come through with their promises.
